Shipping

 

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping.  All packages are shipped USPS First Class with tracking by default. 

Please reach out for expedited requests. 

Your item will ship in an embossed gift box made from 100% recycled paper in a recycled mailer. 

You will receive a notification email with tracking number when your order ships so long as you have provided your email when purchasing.  Orders over $99 automatically will ship for free. 

Please please make sure your shipping address has been entered correctly.  Please understand that once your package has been shipped we are no longer responsible and cannot be held accountable for lost or delayed shipments. If your package is lost in transit, we will do what we can to assist you but we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance with shipping.  By selecting 'Priority Mail' at checkout, your item will come with $100 of insurance. Returns & Exchanges

 

 We want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items must be new, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for return.  

Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope or package and ship via USPS with tracking. Shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended as no refund or exchange will be eligible if the item does not arrive.  Please return necklaces untangled and either in a small bag with 1/4" of the chain outside the bag or on the original necklace card in the box. 

Please note that worn jewelry, damaged items in any way, knotted chains and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. Once your return has been received in proper order, your refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for the payment to post to your account. 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your new jewelry and would like to exchange, please be in touch within 30 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange for items of equal value, or you may choose to pay the difference if you'd like to upgrade to a higher value item. 

All exchange items must be new, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
